Maries – Lake – Kastro – Waterfalls – Springs of Agia Vasiliki (Theologos)
This is a trip for everybody who wants to enjoy old villages, waterfalls and singletracks. Small stops for photos and coffee, visiting an old church in Kastro and delicious organic snacks at the old Watermill in Theologos! We will be cycling on many different terrains like asphalt, country roads, singletracks and old stony roads! The relative altitude is about +700m

Your tour in detail

Start
We start early in the morning by picking up our customers from the hotel with our track. The bikes will be already on the track. -
The Lake
We will go uphill to the lake of Maries. -
Cycling to Kastro
From there we start our cycling with the climb to Kastro (7-8 km) -
Ag. Athanasios Church
In Kastro, we will have a short stop to visit the church of Ag. Athanasios. -
Break
After that we would have a refreshing drink in the old Taverna of Kostas. -
Waterfalls
After our break, we go downhill to the waterfalls with a short break for making pictures of the sight. -
The springs of Ag.Vasiliki
After 8 km we will arrive to the springs of Ag.Vasiliki in Theologos for a traditional bio snack at Neromylos place. -
Our way back
The rest of our trip is a recovery downhill ride on the asphalt road to Potos.
